Grocery List for Week 11, 3/12-3/16

Dairy:
  1. eggs*
  2. cheese*, your choice
  3. cream cheese
  4. tempeh*
  5. yogurt*, plain or flavored 
 Veggies/Fruit:
  1. apples*
  2. celery*
  3. collard greens*
  4. green onions
  5. lettuce*
  6. sweet potatoes*, 2
Dry Goods:
  1. almonds
  2. buckwheat
  3. black beans, dried or canned; if canned, look for Eden Organic
  4. chickpeas, dried or canned; if canned, look for Eden Organic
  5. cranberries*
  6. granola, I like the brand, Love Crunch.  You can buy it here, under the category "Products I Buy"
  7. jam, raspberry or your choice
  8. nut butter, I use almond, but pb works, too
  9. prunes*
  10. pumpkin seeds
  11. quinoa
  12. raisins*
  13. salsa
  14. sun-dried tomatoes, dry or packed in oil
  15. tortillas
  16. white beans, dried or canned; if canned, look for Eden Organic
Freezer items:

Pantry:
  1. all-purpose flour
  2. butter*
  3. cayenne
  4. cinnamon
  5. cumin
  6. garlic powder
  7. lemon juice
  8. nutritional yeast, optional

*You may want to buy these organic to avoid ingesting high amounts of pesticides or antibiotics.
