Grocery List for Week 10, 3/5-3/9

Dairy:
  1. eggs*
  2. cheese*, your choice
  3. parmesan (or you can make your own vegan parm)
  4. tofu*
  5. yogurt*, plain or flavored 
 Veggies/Fruit:
    1. apples*
    2. carrots*
    3. eggplants, 2 (I know it's usu a summer food :S)
    4. fresh herbs, cilantro or your choice
    5. lettuce*
    6. potatoes*
    7. sweet potatoes*, 1
    8. watercress
    Dry Goods:
    1. almonds
    2. buckwheat
    3. chickpeas, dried or canned; if canned, look for Eden Organic
    4. couscous, cheaper if you can find in bulk
    5. lentil, dried or canned; if canned, look for Eden Organic
    6. nut butter, I use almond, but pb works, too
    7. pita or tortilla chips, look for ones w/o preservatives
    8. pumpkin seeds
    9. rice crackers
    Freezer items:
    1. bread, Genesis 1:29 Sprouted Grain & Seed Bread
    2. mixed berries*, your choice
    Specialty items:
    1. coconut milk, I use this brand
    2. curry paste, found in Asian Markets, I use this brand
    3. nutritional yeast, optional, I buy it here, under the category "Products I Buy"
    Pantry:
    1. all-purpose flour
    2. bay leaf
    3. butter*
    4. cinnamon
    5. cumin
    6. lemon juice
    7. maple syrup
    8. olive oil
    9. pepper
    10. red pepper flakes
    11. rice
    12. salt
    13. sugar
    14. thyme
    *You may want to buy these organic to avoid ingesting high amounts of pesticides or antibiotics.
